As so many other bands have experienced, to say that the last year has been a challenge and a bit of a roller coaster ride would be an understatement. However, the BWB feels fortunate because we were able to turn these proverbial lemons into lemonade through the collective efforts of the entire band.

We take pride in being a hard working live touring band. So the prospect of cancelling multiple tours in the UK and Europe, that mean so much to us, was more than a disappointment. And then, the closure of indoor live shows, in our back yard, Jersey Shore market, only made us more determined than ever to carry on and bring our music to our fans. We were very fortunate that our keyboard player, Eric Safka had decided to build a huge new barn on his property. With a bit of effort from the band and others, we were able to use this as a great unique performance hall to create a series of live streaming events that became a great avenue to reach our fans with our music. Through the exceptional efforts of our inimitable sound and lighting director, Thomas “McMuffin” Fraley, these performances became showcase examples of some of our best original songs, streamed live by a band at its peak musically and improvisationally. Tom’s recording and editing of these songs has now turned into the upcoming Live From The Barn digital album that we are so proud to be releasing through our partners at Harmonized Records. And no overdubs were added!
